SERVICE CLUB

SERVICE CLUB is open to all Alpha students and welcomes any parent who wishes to participate as well. We meet one Friday a month from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm with the Sisters of Divine Providence in the Annex section of the building. The Sisters look forward to their time they spend with Alpha students each month and it is rewarding for our children as well.

 During the hour spent with the Sister’s, the children will assist the Sister’s with an activity/craft or share a talent or experience. We end the hour by having a small snack with the Sister’s, most generally a cookie and drink.

In the past, monthly activities have included such things as playing Bingo, decorating small pumpkins for Halloween, singing Christmas Carols, making watercolor pictures for the Sister’s rooms, “Show and Tell a Special Item”, sharing children’s individual talents and our parent’s musical talents.

If your child(ren) are interested in Service Club, please complete the form below and return to the Alpha Office – Att: Service Club.  We welcome all parental help as well, even if you can only attend several meetings during the school year.

Service Club meeting dates will be announced in the school newsletter. We will meet outside the school office after dismissal and walk together to the Annex.
